Please request to delete your data through the settings of the Mileage Tracker app.
Types of Data Deleted
When a user initiates the deletion protocol, the following endpoints are hard-wiped from both the local device and Google Cloud servers:
- Personal Information: User ID, Authentication Tokens, and the connected Email address.
- Location Data: The exact GPS breadcrumb trails mapped within trips, and the custom geofenced locations.
- Financial Information: Logged mileage, expense amounts, vendor names, and associated deduction categories.
- Device & Asset Data: Saved vehicle profiles, current odometer readings, and tracked Bluetooth MAC addresses used for auto-tracking.
Types of Data Kept
- None. The app does not practice partial retention or anonymize data for later analytics. When the user’s data is wiped by the SDK, 100% of the associated database tree is dropped, and no ghost records remain on the database.
