Terms of Service for United HS Limited

1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading or using the Mileage Tracker (“the App”), provided by United HS Limited (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
The App is a productivity tool designed to assist users in tracking vehicle mileage for business, personal, or charitable purposes. The App provides logging features and report generation intended for record-keeping.
3. No Tax or Professional Advice
United HS Limited is not a tax advisor, accountant, or legal firm. * The App is a tool for data collection only.
- We do not guarantee that the reports generated by the App will be accepted by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) or any other taxing authority.
- You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of your logs and consulting with a qualified tax professional regarding your specific tax situation.
4. Accuracy of Data and GPS
- The App relies on GPS and hardware sensors on your mobile device.
- We do not warrant that the mileage tracking will be 100% accurate or uninterrupted.
- Factors such as signal loss, battery optimization settings, or hardware failure may result in missing or incorrect data. You agree to manually verify and correct logs as necessary.
5. Subscriptions and Payments (RevenueCat)
- Access to “Pro” features is provided via subscription or one-time purchase.
- Payments are processed through the Google Play Store. By upgrading, you agree to their terms of sale.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period through your Google Play account settings.
6. User Responsibilities
- You agree not to use the App while operating a motor vehicle in a manner that causes distraction. Safety first.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, United HS Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of tax deductions, fines from taxing authorities, or data loss resulting from the use of the App.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Summit County, Ohio.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting the new terms within the App or via the email associated with your account.
